As Finance Business Partner

• Co-driver to business partner by acting as financial consultant for the business in all commercial decisions and by monitoring financial

• Guide finance team on Business knowledge and understanding on overall functional responsibilities such as reporting, planning.

• Analyze and navigate business and financial target and performance

• Advises and supports managers in all key commercial decisions

• Provides leadership in financial planning and decision making to ensure maximization of

• Accountable for the integrity of the financial results of the company

• Ensures compliance with local accounting standards and reporting standards

• Ensures the existence of a robust financial controls environment and promoting ownership of financial controls within the company including process compliance and tax compliance

• Monitors both management and financial performance and provides financial expertise to line management in the development of corrective actions for target achievement

• Responsible for directing, leading, monitoring, and analyzing annual plan, quarterly forecast and monthly outlook against actual

• striving for highly profitable and sustainable growth

• Closely cooperating with stakeholder within company i.e., FOC, group treasury, tax consultant and legal consultant

• Ensures good corporate governance including compliance with statutory requirements

• Investment management: High level of understanding of how to build a business case (ROI, discounted cashflow, IRR)
