Team Introduction The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science. SMB< >ENT/ ENT< >ENT/New Entity/AO < > Direct onboarding 1. Onboarding communication 2. Business account registration & troubleshooting 2. Account transfer troubleshooting 3. Revenue Binding 4. Performance Adjustment 5. Weekly report ID Growth team data retrieval and basic analysis 6. Dashboard development or doc development for report purposes 7. Blue Tick Verification 8. Appeal rejected ads 9. Track & follow up things to do across all POD and BPM 10. Logistics of meeting/event/client engagement Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in a similar role, especially in a fast-paced or tech environment, recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Self-starter and proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration/project management
• Familiarity with TikToks platform
• Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and finding solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to convey information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
