About Us The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business. Our teams include Sales, Marketing, Operation, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, and Marketing Science. GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group. Responsibilities: 1. Agency Education: Educate agencies about Tiktok products and tools, ensuring agencies can maximize the value of the services provided. 2. Account Optimization: Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. 3. Collaboration with Channel Sales Team: Work closely with channel sales to support pitches, proposals, and the onboarding of new clients at scale. Continue to scale key accounts, nurture and develop mid-sized accounts, and build strategies to unlock new/re-activate churned accounts from existing agencys portfolios. 4. Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns or services provided to clients. Use data to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement. 5. Strategic Planning: Work with channel sales to develop strategies that align client goals with agency services. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services. Build a T&L program with selected clients to get more case studies that will be beneficial for Indies BoB. 6. Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise in client engagements. Provide solutions in a timely manner to maintain client satisfaction. 7. TSP Building Support: Supporting our TSPs with custom curriculum that fits with each of TSPs state of knowledge (basic or advanced) in a bootcamp set up or office hour session & design incentive programs for their shop clients to grow ARPA and promote product adoption. 8. Cross learning function: As our resource hub to learn from other markets (especially CNOB success), we can replicate with our agency partners. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications- Education: A bachelors degree in a related field such as marketing, advertising, communications, or business is typically required.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role in an agency or related industry is typically required.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential. Analytical and problem-solving skills are also necessary to identify client needs and develop solutions.
- Knowledge: A strong understanding of the agencys services and the clients industry is required. Knowledge of marketing and advertising principles is also important.
- Proactively identifies opportunities and challenges.
- Takes ownership of their work and sees tasks through to completion.
