Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a detail-oriented Tender Support Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will analyze tenders posted by customers on our platform, onboard relevant suppliers, and assist them throughout the bidding process. Your goal is to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and suppliers while maintaining high-quality tender submissions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze tenders posted on the platform and identify suitable suppliers.
• Reach out to potential suppliers and onboard them for tender participation.
• Guide suppliers through registration and bid submission.
• Monitor suppliers progress to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
• Gather and report supplier feedback to improve the tender process.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B services, procurement, or electronic trading platforms is a plus.
• Strong internet research skills and ability to find relevant supplier information.
• Excellent business communication skills (written & verbal).
• Comfortable with telephone outreach to suppliers.
• Proficient in using computers, CRMs, and fast typing.
