DESIGNATION : Manage Service Operation Center RESPONSIBILITIES

Roles :

  • Demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills, need a strong commitment to SLA service and knowledge of all infrastructrure with exhibit leadership skills.
  • Perform helpdesk and monitoring functions for applications under managed services such as BI-FAST & CMS.
  • Provide layer 1 support related to incidents and service requests related to transactions in applications under IT-MSOC.

Responsibilities :

  • perform handling incident & problem resolution perform monitoring checklist & BAU things

  • Understand customer (internal & external) needs and deliver the expected outcomes.

  • Faster a customer-focused working environment with clear responsibilities and expectations.

  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients (external)

  • Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other team in the organization. (internal)Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled

  • Perform support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work.
