This position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in this company.
The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.

Job desc
To provide leadership in the implementation of Human Resource initiatives with focused on achieving business objectives
Responsible for leading the HR division and serving as an advisory and consulting role for management on human resources implications.
To be a business partner in the company, partnering with senior business leaders to implement HR initiatives and provide advice to support them in the decision-making processes regarding people and organization matters
Establish an operations expense and development budget via an evaluation of business needs with regard to human resource management, GA, and ICT.
Develop and manage a General Affair and Information Technology system, including policies and procedures to support company activities.
To establish HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the companys core values and policy framework.
To oversee the review and recommendation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits for employees.
Provide guidance and counsel to line managers and employees on employee relations issues and other development feedback.
To champion employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and implement talent plans that help support and sustain the companys high growth potential, ensuring that the company has the right talent in the right location at the correct time.
Drives organization culture in creating a preferred work place for the employees and fosters an environment where employee behavior is aligned to the Companys Guiding Principles
Able to plan and operate a one-and-only HR system that transcends HR departments while involving the entire company
Able to increase sales through HRs performances indirectly
Able to think about "what kind of human resources the company needs," build a human resource development and training method that matches it, and communicate and thoroughly enforce it, mainly by the managers of each department.
