Requirements:

• Open for local candidates.
• Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Strong technical skills in design and project management, with a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Proven experience in leading design teams and managing projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyse and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Leadership skills to inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of creativity and efficiency.
• Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage).
• Flexibility and willingness to travel across Bali to oversee projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic project needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects from conception to completion, making technical decisions and ensuring timely delivery.
• Divide projects equally among team members, ensuring a balanced workload and minimising bottlenecks.
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring projects meet company standards.
• Assign projects to team members based on their strengths and expertise, ensuring optimal project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, forwarding emails and requests to relevant team members as needed.
• Provide clear direction and guidance to the studio team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, meeting deadlines and milestones.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring projects meet company standards.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment, ensuring team members are engaged and motivated.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
