Position Overview Details of the Division and Team:

The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate.

Your key responsibilities:

• Prepare cash projection for client

• FX booking on behalf of client

• Check & confirm underlying docs of FX and incoming funds and follow up to client

• Monitor client’s cash account

• Communicate with client or internal for outstanding item related to cash or FX

Your skills and experience:

• University graduate with min 1-2 years experiences in operations

• Finance or Accounting background

• Attention to detail

• High Risk and Control awareness

• Proactive and team player

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong knowledge in MS Excel would be an advantage

• Fluent in written and verbal communication both in Bahasa and English
