Working Location: Riau, Indonesia

Employment Status: Contract (Local Hire)

Reporting Line: report to the Construction Manager

Salary: up to IDR 23 Million per month

Requirement:

+ Having more than 8 years of strong QC Supervisor (Tank/Instrument) working experience focused on instrumentation or tank construction in oil & gas facilities, petrochemical plants, or similar industries.

+ Monitor and supervise all QC activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards for instrumentation and tank construction.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project timelines, and quality control processes.

+ Collaborate with project teams, construction personnel, and clients to resolve quality issues and ensure smooth project execution.

+ Strong understanding of QC processes, inspection techniques, and relevant codes/standards related to instrumentation and tank construction.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and effective communication skills. Must be hardworking, disciplined, reliable, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.

+ Proficient in driving a manual car and possessing a valid, relevant driver's license

+ Have good leadership, problem solving & communication skills as well as being hardworking, disciplined, reliable and teamwork

+ Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines
