Our client, a global education services company dedicated to supporting international students in achieving their academic and career goals, is looking for talented Sales Consultants to join their team.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in sales, preferably within the education or training industry. They possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and understand their educational needs.

The candidate should have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals. They should be self-disciplined, proactive, and able to manage their time effectively while working remotely.

Requirements:

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum D3/S1 Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the education industry.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, able to speak clearly, confidently, and build rapport with prospective students and parents.
  • Target-driven mindset, experienced in working with sales targets and achieving/exceeding set goals.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, able to handle objections from potential students/parents in a convincing and professional manner.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, friendly, professional, and committed to providing the best solutions for clients.
  • Time management and multitasking ability, able to efficiently handle multiple leads simultaneously.

  • Willing to travel to participate in events, seminars, and school visits as part of sales outreach.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to prospective students interested in studying abroad.
  • Utilise various marketing strategies (both online & offline) to generate leads.
  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring regular follow-ups.
  • Provide detailed information about study programs, universities, and destination countries.
  • Assist students in selecting the most suitable program and university based on their needs.
  • Explain the application process, requirements, costs, and benefits of each option.
  • Encourage students to enroll promptly and complete their administrative process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their parents.
  • Offer continuous guidance and support from application to departure.
  • Professionally address inquiries and objections from potential students.
  • Manage student application documents and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with academic, visa, and university teams for smooth processing.
  • Ensure timely payments are made according to company policies.
  • Follow up with students who have applied to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Establish partnerships with schools, universities, and other key stakeholders.
  • Attend education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute effective promotional strategies.
  • Meet or exceed the companys sales targets.
  • Regularly report sales progress and lead updates.
  • Analyse sales performance and develop strategies to increase conversion rates.
