Job Description


As a CRM Graphic Designer at Digitas Indonesia, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for various CRM channels. Their designs will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.

What you’ll do:

  • Design compelling visuals for CRM channels including emails, in-app notifications, SMS, and more.
  • Collaborate with the copywriting and marketing teams to ensure all designs align with the brands voice and tone, and enhance the messaging.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize designs and improve the performance of CRM campaigns.
  • Stay current with design trends and consumer preferences in the Indonesian market to ensure our designs remain fresh and engaging.
  • Create and update design guidelines and templates for the CRM team

Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience in graphic design on CRM or email marketing and landing page copy, ideally in a tech or e-commerce company
  • Ability to translate a brief into an impactful design that’s consistent with our brand’s creative guidelines
  • Creative flair and ability to consider customer data as a creative constraint
  • Ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Work on several projects simultaneously, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines, – you thrive under pressure
  • Growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to continuously learn
  • A portfolio of work that demonstrates all of the above
