Key Responsibilities

1. Human Resources & Development

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assess hiring needs, craft job descriptions, post ads, and select candidates
  • Define onboarding processes, communicate goals and expectations
  • Train and evaluate new hires

Development

  • Identify strategic partners (factories, investors, tech teams, etc.)
  • Seek and manage external resources for company growth

People Management

  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture
  • Organize meetings and encourage cross-team communication
  • Promote initiative, accountability, and performance reviews
  • Implement a reward/sanction system (bonus/malus)
  • Build and reinforce company values

Structure & Documentation

  • Audit and clarify roles and responsibilities (job descriptions, SOPs)
  • Maintain clear records, accessible filing, and updated dashboards
  • Ensure responsibilities are documented and visible on the Org Board

Communication & Meetings

  • Lead goal-oriented meetings; define weaknesses and solutions
  • Edit MoM (Minutes of Meeting), update Trello (Org App) and SOPs accordingly

Task Management

  • Oversee use of Trello (Org App) as a live task and reporting system
  • Monitor, review, and optimize team workflows

  • Supervise administration: document control, digital security, and IT systems
  • Manage assets and ensure maintenance
