- System lead engineer for global platform development, provide technical solution and conduct technical materials to drive program to meet quality and schedule target.
- System requirements and configuration table management.
- Conducting system calculation and system configuration alternative for development programs or sustaining products.
- Conducting system performance test definition and validation.
- Comprehensive system level quality issue investigation and solution making.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Master's degree is preferred. 4 years or above experience within elevator industry, 4 years elevator system development or related area experience.
- Good know-how on system architecture, static and motion performance.
- Good knowledge of system calculation. Understanding system calculation scope and principle.
- Mindset about system performance testing.
- Familiar with product development process.
- Team working, analytical and conceptual thinking, self-confident, persistent, customer-oriented communication skills across cultures. Quality, safety and cost minded.
