• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential in customer service roles, as agents need to interact with customers in a polite and friendly manner while addressing their queries and concerns.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of basic computer skills such as data entry, email, and web browsing is essential. Familiarity with visa/kitas processing software or database management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Visa/Kitas Requirements: In-depth knowledge of the visa/kitas application process, regulations, and requirements is necessary for assisting customers with their applications.
• Attention to Detail: Agents must be able to process applications accurately and efficiently while adhering to strict guidelines and procedures.

• Resolving Issues: Agents must be able to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Adhering to Regulations: Agents must have a thorough understanding of the visa/kitas application process and regulations and ensure that all applications are processed in accordance with established guidelines.
