Requirements:
    Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree in a related field. Min. 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the retail or mall industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and effectively. Skilled in scheduling and supervising team attendance. Positive attitude and strong work ethic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Good English communication skills Willing to work fulltime and shifting Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi
Job Description:
    Prepare monthly customer service reports (Suggestion, Lost & Found, Traffic, Valet, Shuttle Bus, Taxi, etc.). Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions. Schedule work shifts and monitor staff attendance. Supervise customer service staff during mall operations. Ensure customer facilities are complete and functioning properly. Monitor SOP implementation (Lost & Found, Emergency, etc.). Conduct benchmarking with other malls. Provide training to customer service staff (Service, First Aid, Complaint Handling).
