Pre-sales support
- To conduct and understand requirement studies with prospects and customers.
- To propose suitable products, solutions and specifications that address customers' and prospects' needs.
- To present, explain, and up sell our products and solutions to customers / prospects.
- To propose proper scope of work to install and implement the proposed products and solutions to customers / prospects.
- To prepare complete proposal to customers on solutions that is suitable and meets customer's needs.
- Perform pre-sales activities including product demo, proof-of-concepts, and product presentation.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure deals are closed.
Post-sales support
- Perform installation, setup, and configuration of server, storage, switch, router, network firewall, security, cloud solutions, backup software, active directory, etc.
- Upgrade hardware components, Operating Systems, virtualization platform, and install patches.
- To find out and understand the detail requirements of configuration settingsfrom customers before installation and configuration starts.
- To coordinate and manage the progress of the installation and implementation of projects.
- Produce full documentation of systems setup and configuration upon completion of job/ project.
- Provide on-site and remote supportto customers to solve technicalproblems on products and solutions we sold to customers.
- Provide daily,weekly, and monthly status report andupdates to customer and manager/ superior on job and project.
- Meet KPI's set for technicalsupport.
- 24x7 on-site customersupport and standbysupport (if required for some project).
- Build strong relationship with the principals and alliances.
- Be up to date with the latest technology.
- To maintain and acquire technical certification on products that are required by the company as key partners to product principal.
- Any other dutiesor assignment as and when assigned by the management from time to time.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A minimum diploma/degree in Information Technology/ Computer Sciences or relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the IT field (e.g., server, storage, network, cyber security, cloud, network firewall, backup solution, etc.).
- Demonstrated success managing a project/service delivery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills both Indonesia and English (will be added point).
- Good time management and committed to meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn is crucial.
- Good analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
- Has own transport will be an added advantage.
