Job description:

1. Collaborate closely with Business Users, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Agile Teams to understand business needs/problems, product vision, and business goals.

2. Conduct in-depth requirement analysis, validation and verification, with research, benchmarking, discussion, and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.

3. Create mock-up and develop user flow to get product compatibility.

4. Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.

5. Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for internal review and brainstorming through usability test activity

6. Produce video of BSI Application Product Brand Image or for Socialization of New Feature Launching Usage

7. Create new or update user manual video of application product

8. Producing high-quality video content & collaborating with teams to create compelling content that are aligned with the application's brand's values, vision, and messaging.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

2. Minimum 3 - 7 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Strong ability to collaborate with teams to develop creative ideas and campaigns.

4. Proficient in digital technology and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, DaVinci, etc.).

5. Proven experience as a Video Creator.

6. Expertise in audio balancing, colour grading, clip sequencing, and exporting in various formats.

7. Familiar with motion graphics and compositing.

8. Good understanding of automotive market trends and consumer behaviour.

9. Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of honesty and responsibility.

10. Ready to join on 1st June 2025.

11. Willing to sign contract 6-12 month.

12. Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas, East Jakarta.
