Job Vacancy: Product & Inventory Strategy Analyst (Wine Market & Stock Intelligence)Location: Kuta Selatan, Badung, BaliCompany: PT Wine Adore Indonesia

We are seeking a data-driven and market-savvy Product & Inventory Strategy Analyst to join our team full-time in Bali. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing our wine product inventory strategy, tracking trends, analyzing performance, and supporting our procurement and promotional decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product drawdowns, usage trends, and forecast stock depletion.
• Recommend timely reorder points and maintain optimal stock levels based on seasonality and demand.
• Analyze product performance, identifying top movers, slow movers, and dormant SKUs.
• Recommend clearance strategies and special promotions for underperforming wines.
• Conduct competitive market analysis to suggest strategic pricing and build "value tiers."
• Research global wine trends, identifying rising regions and varietals for potential imports.
• Create concise weekly and monthly inventory and product performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align inventory strategies with campaign objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory analysis, market research, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wine products and international wine market trends is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
