QUALIFICATIONS ;

• Minimum Bachelor Degree's & Minimum 5 years' experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the construction works, retail or hospitality industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities
• Proven track record of implementing successful procurement strategies and delivering cost savings
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
• Have an experience in export & import will be a plus point
• Be able to work fast and accurate, in order to fulfill high volume of purchasing activity.
• Work well in team and also autonomously.
• Have a good skill in communication and maintain good relationship with vendor.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude.
• English is a must

WORKS & RESPONSIBILITY :

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for Construction Works -related materials and services.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure high quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.
• Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), evaluate bids, and perform cost analysis.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with vendors.
• Maintain accurate procurement records in systems.
• Collaborate with project management to understand requirements and align procurement strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with HSE standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid material shortages or overstock.
• Assist in developing and maintaining vendor databases and approved supplier lists.
