QC Chemical Analyst

JOB PURPOSE

• Analyzing all raw materials/containers/raw materials for re-analysis/bulk products/finished products including stability test samples/supporting production processes, sampling raw materials/packaging materials and conducting environmental monitoring at PT. Bayer Cimanggis effectively, efficiently, and safely, based on the principles of analytical knowledge and how to work good main instruments and supporting instruments.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow safety regulations for each stage of work and play a role in supervising each other in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the laboratory area in order to meet HSE aspects in accordance with HSE duties and responsibilities.
• Follow the regulations stipulated in SOPs and GMP regulations.
• Report to superiors if irregularities are found during the sampling / testing process in accordance with the specified time.
• Ensure that only valid SOPs are in the laboratory, maintain their completeness and manage their storage properly.
• Monitor and be responsible for the procurement of chemicals/media/supporting facilities and infrastructure so that the sampling/testing process can run smoothly.
• If necessary, carry out other duties according to the duties assigned by the superior.
• Playing an active role in the Operational Excellence and Complexity reduction programs implemented by the Company for the purpose of efficiency and cost reduction
• In carrying out their duties and responsibilities, they always consider the provisions of HACCP and Halal.
• Have the ability to operate several analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer, ICP)
• Analyzing raw materials or containerized materials / Intermediate product / Finished product / utility and monitoring the room by referring to valid analysis methods and specifications
• Transfer analysis and testing methods to process validation samples
• Arrange the receipt of samples and lab worksheets for distribution to laboratories or analysts for analysis purposes and ensure complete returns.
• Fill in the logbook and maintain the completeness of the analysis report in each logbook for all assigned activities
• Manage and control the availability of chemical reagent stock and comparison standards, media, glassware, instrument spare parts and analytical support facilities so that the analysis runs smoothly and controls its use in FEFO and / or FIFO
• Able to analyze and interpret analysis data correctly
• Assist the analytical method transfer process by coordinating with the method-giving laboratory and the analytical development team
• Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and provide solution options as needed
• Assist QC Manager for providing laboratory data

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate of Chemical Analyst or S1 (Pharmacist / Chemistry). Minimum 3 years experience in laboratory QC
• Understand and be able to understand the analysis procedure in English at least passively.
• Understand the basics of statistics in general such as mean, median, linear regression, absolute deviation and relative deviation.
• Mastering computer operations for office operational standards
• Can work in a team. For technical writers have the skills to work in an international team
• Skilful, efficient and critical in carrying out duties and paying attention to provisions regarding hazards in the work environment and regarding environmental control.
• Have the ability to operate several analytical instruments (HPLC, Spektro, ICP)
• Have the ability to analyze raw materials or packaging materials / Intermediate product / Finished product / utility and room monitoring by referring to valid analysis methods and specifications
• Able to analyze and interpret analysis data correctly
