Risk Control Lead





JOB PURPOSE


  • Lead the deployment of the Asset Ownership framework with risk based-approach to ensure consistent and rigorous application across the business process. Responsible for successful management and implementation Safety, Quality, Compliance requirement in manufacturing cluster to support business continuity. Building enthusiastic, motivated and flexible team and working relationships across departmental to ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental and GMP requirements are comply.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage & guide specific Lean projects within assigned cluster.
  • Provide training & mentorship to supervisors, foreman and all related team members of assigned cluster on Lean tools, Asset Ownership framework and specific projects requirements.
  • Risk identifying and control of finding related to 5S, Safety, Quality, and cross contamination issue in all manufacturing process
  • Manage training completion, User Access, CAPA, Pas-X, SOP & MBR revision in timely manner
  • Manage general project related to 5S, Safety, Quality, and cross contamination issue
  • Collaborate with other department to close pending/open action and fulfill its executions
  • This position also actively supports cluster manager in identifying Safety, Quality and Compliance topic for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain & manage people engagement into Continuous Improvement culture.

WHO YOU ARE


Education

  • Bachelor degree of Engineering (Mechatronic, Industrial), Food Tech, Pharmacy. Master degree is an advantage.

Relevant experiences

  • 3 years of seasoned experience in managing manufacturing process and activities within pharma, food, or FMCG industry.
  • Good Understanding of Mechatronic, Electric, Food Tech, Pharmacy machineries.
  • Have knowledge of basic Safety, GMP, and problem solving tools
  • Seasoned experience of leading > 15 people in high pace environment is highly appreciated.
