We are here to provide services for the needs of saprotan (sarana produksi pertanian) or agricultural production facilities that can be ordered through the application, anytime and anywhere with ease.

• To manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews for mass-hire field positions
• Manage to onboard and coordinate with related departments to ensure a smooth hiring process until the candidates are onboarded in the company.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines in niche areas to support the future and current needs of the business
• Develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
• Establish collaboration with University, Career Center, and other education institution
• Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.

• Minimum of 2+ years full-cycle mass recruiting experience.
• Experience in recruitment processes and platforms.
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for high volume operational roles in a fast pace environment
• Proven track record of recruiting for varying levels of talent
• Strong relationship management and consultative skills (with candidates, hiring managers, and key business partners); ability to influence, inform and negotiate
• Independent self-starter in creating sourcing strategies such as talent mapping to build candidate pipeline
• Keep abreast of industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques, and local employment laws to ensure compliance with all recruitment guidelines.

• Hybrid working options during the COVID-19 pandemic (i.e. working from home and within the main Jakarta office).
