Were looking for an experienced Finance Manager to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for and supervising every use of the company budget (large cash, petty cash, temporary receipts)
• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans (Budgeting and realization)
• Reflects the realization of AR and AP according to the maturity date
• Responsible for monitoring bank management every day
• Budget planning, projections and financial reports
• Conduct financial analysis, documents and provide recommendations for improvements
• Manage financial risks and maximize investment returns
• Verify and approve proof of money expenditure with supporting evidence attached
• Approve the bank loan application process and reconcile the loan maturity date
• Able to analyze financial data and identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Able to communicate effective financial information and recommendations to the leadership team and other interested parties
• Deep understanding of financial theory, practice and regulations to make informed financial decisions.
• Create and manage budgets, and make accurate financial projections.
• Have strong attention to detail, as accuracy and completeness of financial information is critical

Requirements :

• Male or Female maximum 45 years old
• Minimum education is a Bachelors degree majoring in Accounting
• Have a minimum 3 years experience as Finance Manager
• Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
• Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
• Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint) and accounting software (Accurate System)
