A. Job Overview:

Our client, a restaurant in Pererenan, is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team at an upscale International Bar in Bali. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, a keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a flair for building brand awareness. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new guests, retain loyal customers, and enhance the bars presence in the competitive Bali market.

B. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

· Set marketing goals and KPIs, regularly reviewing performance to ensure targets are met.

2. Campaign Management

· Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including offline and non-digital channels.

· Oversee content creation, ensuring messaging aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

· Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI, ensuring all initiatives are cost-efficient.

3. Digital Marketing Coordination

· Collaborate with an external digital marketing agency to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.

· Prepare and hand over all necessary assets, including branding guidelines, content, visuals, and other materials, to the agency.

· Maintain clear communication with the agency to track performance and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

4. Outsourcing and Budget Management

· Identify marketing tasks or projects that require outsourcing, such as graphic design, video production, or specialized campaigns.

· Source and manage external vendors, agencies, or freelancers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

· Ensure all outsourced activities align with marketing objectives and are executed within the allocated budget.

5. Brand Management

· Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.

· Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a cohesive brand image.

· Drive public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation.

6. Team Leadership and Collaboration

· Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.

· Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

7. Analytics and Reporting

· Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts.

· Utilize data analytics tools to track metrics such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, and retention.

8. Stakeholder Management

· Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.

· Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

C. Qualifications & Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality, food & beverage, or tourism industry.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO, etc.).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian proficiency is a plus).

· Creative mindset with a deep understanding of trends in hospitality and lifestyle marketing.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Experience with branding, graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus), and content creation.

· Knowledge of the Bali market and its unique customer base is highly desirable.

· Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

· A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

D. Compensation and Benefit

· Base Salary start from Rp. 9.000.000

· BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan
