We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our team. This role simply cuts across playing a crucial role in our product front end development, developing and maintaining the frontend infrastructure that powers our AI-driven reading solution for the visually impaired.

• Minimum Qualification : Degree
• Experience Level : Mid level
• Experience Length : 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain user friendly mobile applications using React Native.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend AI Developers to define, design, and deploy product features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize product development efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our frontend infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a React Native Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React Native and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Redux).
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
• Experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
• Understanding of accessibility and the ability to create applications that are accessible to users with disabilities (Visual impairment).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Engineering (Second Class Upper +)
• M.Sc. in Computer or Systems or Electrical Engineering is a plus
• At least 4 years of experience with native mobile development and deployment (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with digital product accessibility standards and practices.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
