HR Generalist Staff

Were looking for an experienced HR Generalist Staff to be part of our team in our Head Office at Jakarta.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for identifying workforce needs, designing the workforce needs process, designing the recruitment process, carrying out appropriate selection to fill available positions
• Carrying out end to end recruitment (posting job vacancies, shortlisting, interviews and psychological tests) for employees
• Conduct orientation/on boarding for new employees
• Carry out the payroll process starting from checking employee attendance, sickness, permission, and leave
• Make a summary of employee daily activity to be reported every day and month
• Input and process BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
• Update employee data regularly (employee data, work contract letters, leave, and other important data)
• Review and update company policies
• Filling in documents related to HR and familiar with administration
• Have knowledge at least in the fields of aviation, property and / or services
• Detail oriented, analytical, proactive, able to work in a team, honest and with integrity
• Able to follow company regulations and procedures
• Understand payroll, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, recruitment and Employment Law
• Accustomed to maintaining vehicles, buildings and other assets

Requirements :

• Male maximum 35 years old
• Minimum education is a Bachelors degree majoring in Psychology/ Law/ Human Resource Economics
• Have a minimum 3 years experience as HR Generalist Staff
• Meticulous and enjoy working on repetitive tasks
• Good personality, self-motivated, well organized, able to work under pressure, and trustworthy
• Have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, fast learner, and responsible
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Accustomed to using formulas in Microsoft Excel such as PIVOT, IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and so on
