School Branch Manager - Jakarta & BSD Area

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• School Year Planning: scheduling terms, term breaks, camps, etc.
• Term Administration: offer planning, scheduling, etc.
• Supervising teachers: calculating workload, checking hiring needs, teaching performance, teaching data administration-
• Trial Classes: scheduling trials in collaboration with Sales Team, evaluating trials, collaborating with TT to raise trials quality, raising trial conversion
• School Maintenance: supervising purchases, managing stock levels of supplies, placing orders
• School Finance Administration-School Data Administration: taking care of students data, trial and regular class scheduling and conversion data, enrollment information, etc.-
• Developing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the companys overall goals and objectives-Developing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the companys overall goals and objectives-
• Business development-Conduct HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefit and payroll.-Other related tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A masters degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development with a focus on the education sector, is advantageous.-
• Strong knowledge of sales and business development strategies, and best practices-Experience in supervising sales team and executing sales plan-
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.-
• Leadership abilities to motivate and supervise staff, delegate tasks, and foster a positive and productive work environment.-
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, including parents, staff, students, and external partners.-Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with diverse individuals and groups.-
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and financial analysis to effectively manage school resources and budgets.-
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.-Proficiency in using educational software, student information systems, and productivity tools.-
• Male or female, 28-38 years old.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
