Improve ART Performance by facilitating cross team collaboration, building trust with stakeholders, coach the IP iteration, facilitate the problem-solving workshop, and help the team to inspect and adapt event.

Facilitate PI Planning in the preparation process, draft PI Plans, create team PI objective, and review final plans and business value

Support iteration execution (backlog refinement, team planning, team sync, review, and retrospective)

Improve flow by establishing the team Kanban board, measure and optimize the flow, and build quality in.

Build High-Performance teams by developing healthy agile teams to create high-value increments of working solution.
Possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or Science from a reputable university

Minimum 5 years experience as Scrum Master

Having experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst/Consultant will be preferred.

Have a good understanding of the principles of a Scaled Agile Framework Enterprise (SAFe)

Understanding the IT Services Market & Business will be preferred.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Excellent in English is a must (written and oral).
