You will be reporting to the Sales Lead of Indonesia.
Your role will include:
- Grow Givaudan business for the Dairy segment with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
- Assume lead role for all Givaudan activities for designated accounts
- Cultivate customer relationships with important decision-makers, positioning Givaudan as preferred supplier
- Implement strategic ADPs, sales forecasts, and budget for main accounts, with clear Goals
- Manage brief pipeline (quality and quantity of projects) to achieve growth plans
- Defend base business in important markets and with important customers
- Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates
Your professional profile includes:
- University degree in any subject
- At least five years working in account management in the food industry including experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting.
- Understanding of customers and competition including customer strategy, programs, priorities, launch processes, and how to position Givaudan offerings in the market
- Understands profitability goals for important accounts
- Demonstrated experience identifying unmet customer needs, generating new business and building relationships with important decision makers
