Senior Credit Analyst (Fintech P2P)

What You Will Do:

• Assess loan applications for new, renewal, and extension loans, offering informed recommendations to borrowers and making decisive judgments on credit extensions.
• Reviews customer accounts and portfolios to identify, evaluate, and determine the appropriate course of action on potential credit quality issues, while minimizing risk and maximizing credit quality.
• Serving as a pivotal decision-maker in the credit approval process, offering detailed insights and recommendations on loan applications.
• Ensure adherence to the laid down policies and procedures for the smooth running of the division.
• Providing valuable feedback on current procedures and policies, identifying areas for improvement or enhancement.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Developing and implementing credit strategies, policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to optimize credit operations.
• Validating the collateral offered for loans to ensure its authenticity and value.
• Generating informative data reports to fulfill inquiry requirements.
  Collaborating closely with relationship managers and other departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.

What We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in credit analysis and/or credit marketing within esteemed banking institutions in reputable banks.
• Domicile in Jakarta area (This position is Full Work From Office (WFO) and based in Menara Prima, Kuningan - Jakarta).
• Strong proficiency in credit analysis and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• In-depth knowledge of credit analysis, credit administration, credit policy and procedures, and risk analysis.
• Ability to interpret financial statements effectively.
• Attention to detail.
• Prior experience in multi-finance, peer-to-peer lending, or banking industries is highly desirable.
