Junior Corporate Development Manager

At its locations in Europe, North America, the Middle East, India, and Asia, DE-CIX connects thousands of network operators (carriers), Internet service providers (ISPs), content providers, and corporate networks from more than 100 countries and offers peering, cloud and interconnection services. DE-CIX in Frankfurt, Germany, is one of the largest Internet Exchanges in the world, with a data volume of almost 34 Exabytes per year (as of 2022) and close to 1100 connected networks.

For our new location in Jakarta, we are looking for a motivated

Reporting to the Executive VP, Corporate Development, this role will support DE-CIX’ growth in the ASEAN region. You will be working closely with our International Team and you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling internal and external meetings
• Establishing partnerships with assigned companies and working with Partners on strategic developments to enter new markets and expand in existing markets
• Also, actively engaging for Corporate Development topics inside the ASEAN time zones
• Supporting the Marketing Team on-site especially by Events organization
• Elaborating slide decks to visualize planned and ongoing efforts, creating and working on business plans

• Completed Degree in Business Administration or similar work experience
• 3+ years working experience in the Wholesale Telecoms/Internet or Cloud Industry
• Corporate Development, Consulting or Sales Background
• Hands-on experience and ability to prioritize and make decisions
• Team player and relationship builder at all level
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Bahasa, Thai, Chinese and German is a plus
• You are legally eligible to work in Indonesia and ready to travel up to 30% of your time
