The university offers programs at various levels, including Diploma (D3), Bachelors (S1), and Masters (S2) degrees.

Were looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join our growing company and lead the charge in developing and implementing our brand strategy.

What youll do:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty
• Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitor activity, and industry trends
• Craft compelling brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels (think social media, advertising, website, packaging)
• Manage brand assets (logo, tagline, visual identity)
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, sales) and external agencies to bring brand initiatives to life
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity to keep our brand ahead of the curve

Who you are:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 3-5 years of brand management experience (experience in service or brand industry)
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Proficient in digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A creative thinker with a strategic mind
• Data-driven with a knack for turning insights into action
• A team player with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rp15,000,000 - Rp25,000,000 per month
