More than 600 production lines in 14 countries worldwide produce more than 10 billion syringes, vials, ampoules, cartridges and special articles of tubing glass or polymer.

• Do inspection and give disposition of product conformity (release/reject) for set-up, daily inspection, trace back and returned goods according to chemical test
• Conduct inspection for validation sample of raw material, packaging material and spare-part according to valid procedure and instruction from direct superior.
• Prepare CoA based on batch record
• Conduct incoming inspection to raw material, packaging material and spare part
• Preparing treatment solution according to customer specification
• Ensuring an effective and efficient implementation of 5S, EHS and GMP in Laboratorium.
• Create inspection plan and CoA template for new article, specification changes and new version of CPR according to ECR Instruction.
• Perform troubleshooting related problem in inspection plan : revise inspection plan or certificate profile
• Conduct maintenance for all laboratory equipment’s and ensure the measuring equipment in laboratory are calibrated and can be used comply with requirements
• Following up projects or other tasks given by direct superior.
• Prepare the sample for testing at external laboratory (( Light Transmission Test, Soluble Alkali, Arsenic, plastic shrink)

• Diploma or bachelor with majoring chemical analyst
• 2-3 years of occupational experience
• EDP, English
• Clearly understanding about quality requirement and customer expectation
• Understanding about batch release system
• Have knowledge and understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements
• Have knowledge and understanding about ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
