Dating Coordinator

LUNCH ACTUALLY is Asia’s first lunch dating specialist which arranges quality dates for busy, pro-active single professionals in a discreet, fun and stress-free environment. Launched in Singapore in April 2004, Lunch Actually aims to provide a safe, convenient, and non-intimidating avenue for busy professionals to meet.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate and talented Dating Coordinator that shares the basic qualities of honesty, enthusiasm, creativity and respect for customers and co-workers. And to be part of our dynamic team, you must be adaptable, self-motivated and willing to work hard.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule dates for clients
• Active and outward bound communication with clients on a day-to-day basis (via chat and phone call)
• Respond to clients inquiries promptly and provide support when needed
• Provide sound dating advice when asked by clients
• Listen to clients feedback and perform service recovery when necessary
• Provide ad-hoc operational and events support
• Provide feedback on the date coordination process and suggest ideas to improve customers satisfaction

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping people find love
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to think fast on your feet is a MUST.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Candidate should possess at least a Degree in any field. Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Psychology or equivalent major is a plus.
• Entry level candidates who possess good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Experience within a Customer Service, Customer Success or Sales Operations / Support role is a huge plus.
• You are diligent and willing to go the extra miles for your clients
• Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure with integrity and good work ethics
• Adaptable and able to think fast on your feet to cater to a wide portfolio of client profiles.
• Able to communicate professionally and confidently with high profile clients
• Able to work one day of the weekend (either Sat/Sun)

• No field work; you will be working comfortably in our cozy and fun office (SCBD, Jakarta Selatan).
• No shifting. You will work 5 days a week from 10am to 7pm WIB.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
