• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document business needs, goals, and objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of banking processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Translate business requirements into clear, functional specifications for IT and development teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), process flow diagrams, and use cases.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic banking initiatives.
• Work closely with project managers to monitor project progress and address any emerging challenges.
• Validate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for system improvements and enhancements, including post-implementation reviews.
• Stay updated on banking regulations, industry trends, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree from a reputable university, majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
• Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Information Technology and Banking.
• Previous experience in Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst in the financial industry especially Bank.
• Ability to gather, perform analysis and create Business Technical Requirements include technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential areas for process improvement.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
