AVP-Product Development - Fintech Platform

Location: ID Level: Employment Status: Department: Group Fintech Description: Background AVP - Product Dev. Fintech Platform is responsible for driving product development and ensuring alignment with strategic partners. They will work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. technology, marketing) to define the product vision, identify growth opportunities, manage the product backlog and roadmap, and deliver products with a strong focus on customer-centricity. They will also be responsible for project delivery, ensuring research ideation, project execution and GTM (go to market) strategy. Reporting Line: Head of Product Dev. Telco Banking & Fintech Platform Domain Expertise Minimum experience 7 years professional career experience, experienced in product development and project management; preference for experience in financial services / marketplace and exposed in startup product & project development. Additional experience in doing business strategy would be a plus point. The Job Holder will have main domain Fintech Platform Product; including Fintech Loan, Marketing Tech, and Data product. With sub-domain Telco Banking specifically to Bank as a Service Development. Responsibilities Main Responsibilities:
  • Managed an end-to-end product development process from the ideation to Go To Market including the project management aspect while ensuring the product development stick to the timeline and plan.
  • Manage product development requirements & timeline execution for all fintech platform products and additional support for Bank as a Service on telco banking products.
  • Manage stakeholder (Business Owners, Core Telco, Super App Team, Circle/Sales Team, Data, Marketing, CX, Legal, Regulatory & Compliance)
  • Created and managed the strategy of the Fintech Platform domain including user research, KPI, target market, product development roadmap.
  • Own User Research for product ideation and UI UX roadmap for the fintech platform.
  • Own preparation for development, day to day development execution and escalation collaborating with Solution Architect.
  • Oversee product operation incl. production issue for Fintech Platform products (including escalation to partners or vendors).
  • Create feature assessment and enhancement when needed for Fintech Platform.
  • Create GTM plan for product delivery collaborating with all stakeholders
Key Qualities & Skills
  • Team management: ability to manage large team and heavy project delivery; comfortable working under pressure
  • Potential Leadership: fluent in navigating discussion with senior leadership team and ability to translate company strategies to roadmap for teams execution.
  • Agile experience: demonstrated ability to define, refine and prioritize a product backlog and revenue optimization
