Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree: min. Bachelor’s Degree in related technical majors
  • Years of experience: Years of experience: at least 3 years hands-on presales experience in the ICT industry, with strong product and technical knowledge in wireless products/solution/technologies, at least one domain from IP/DWDM/Optical/FTTX/Access

Job Role:

The Fixed Network Product Manager will provide professional, competitive, and future-oriented solutions to customers, through deep network insight and in-depth value presentation, and the maintenance of middle and/or high level technical customers’ relationships, from engineer to VP level executives.

This role will take charge of market analysis, including Industry policy, customer strategy, and competition, while identifying industry trends, opportunities and risks, as well as providing network insight towards customer’s pain points and challenges and proposing customized solutions to help customers solve issues, accordingly.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for designing future oriented network architecture and deliver technical evolution proposal accordingly for target network, based on industry development, especially the design and plan of Transmission or Access Network
  • Responsible for bidding projects, including RFP clarification, solution and commercial design, and contract negotiation, including understanding customer requirement and design HLD solution accordingly
  • Responsible for the fulfillment of Sales, Marketing, and Profit terms

Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient with principles and products/solutions in fixed-network domain
  • Deep understanding of IGP/BGP/MPLS/SR/SRv6, or DWDM/ASON, or OLT/GPON/BRAS related technologies
  • Deep understanding of 5G transport network requirements, solution design, and integration
  • CCIE/CCNP/HCIE/HCNP or other similar certifications is preferred
  • Able to engage, understand, and maintain good relationship with customer, while having strong networking and social skills
  • Negotiation skill, presentation skill, writing report and business forecast
  • A team player, target oriented, and open-minded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rp2,500,000,000 - Rp4,000,000,000 per month
