Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) organization. The Senior Account Manager is expected to understand customer business intricacies to recommend suitable PPE products or solutions. By formulating sales and growth strategies towards key accounts, this role ensures alignment with our core sales business objectives. Capitalizing on product knowledge, the Senior Account Manager embodies the value proposition, ensuring customers comprehend the benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Recognize and explore potential sales or partnership opportunities to boost company revenue and expand market share.
  • Manage and Plan Accounts: Oversee major accounts, ensuring that their needs are met while maximizing revenue potential.
  • Negotiate and Close: Use top-notch negotiation skills to close deals beneficial for both the company and the client.
  • Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition: Clearly convey the benefits and advantages of the companys PPE products, ensuring clients understand the value they bring.
  • Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle: Ensure the sales process progresses smoothly, addressing any hiccups or obstacles promptly.
  • Establish Rapport with Customers: Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.


MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Masters degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Sales/Account Management, with at least 2 years in the PPE industry or a related sector.

WE VALUE:

  • Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field, preferably in the PPE or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and persuasively.
  • Strong influencing skills; capable of persuading individuals at all levels across the organization.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work efficiently in a matrixed environment.
