We are looking for a Strategy & Sales Operations to work in the Jakarta office. The successful candidate will be able to affect the companys and teams growth while building the dream team.

Placement: Jakarta

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Descriptions:

• Relevant Industry experience of working with a media agency preferable in the field of strategy & operations or in sales / account management
• Working closely with our Sales Team which would provide you the brief from the client / customer from time to time and you will have to work out the strategy as how to go about that brief. For example: launching a new product / NPI etc
• Taking inputs from the sales team regarding client’s feedback to collate the required background for the brief to prepare in visual format (slide deck) explaining the digital marketing approach for that particular campaign, excellent PPT skills are a must
• Assisting the sales team for the same as and when it has been asked / deemed fit to do so

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (oral and written) is a plus
• Bachelors degree of relevant focus is preferable
• Prior experience in strategy and sales operations is a must, preferable in Media / Agency domain
• Able to work in a diverse work set up where people from different nationalities co-ordinate and cooperate with each other to carry out day to day operations
• Impeccable work ethics in terms of meeting timelines, deadline without feeling the strain / stress on your physical / mental makeup
• General understanding of the Media industry is a huge plus and knowing the people within / outside the industry on a personal basis would be highly appreciated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in visual deck creation, storyboard design is a huge plus
• 2D graphics, and motion graphics skills is a huge plus
• Aggressive mindset and meeting timelines / deliverables
• Self-assured and confident in professional interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
