Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

You will be responsible for…

• Financial Analysis:
  • Analyzing financial data and providing insights to senior management. This will involve identifying trends, analyzing variances, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Developing and managing the companys annual budget and forecasting process. This will involve working closely with department heads to understand their financial needs and developing financial models to support decision-making.
• Reporting:
  • Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders. This will involve developing dashboards and other tools to help management understand the companys financial performance.
• Strategic planning:
  • Supporting the development of the companys long-term strategic plan. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing financial models to support decision-making.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Degree in Finance and Accounting.
• A professional certification CA(M), ACCA or similar is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in accounting and audit field.
• Experience working in an Accounting or Audit Firm.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and cash flows statements.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial data and proficiency with Financial Software’s.
• Skills to manage an effective collaboration with cross-functional team
