Role Overview: Indonesian Country Head

We are seeking for a performance-driven Country Head to develop and oversee the end to end management of our business in Jakarta. As a key member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and support her to ensure our business reaches its full potential. In this role, you will be challenged with the development and growth of our brand in Indonesia.

As a Country Head at Lunch Actually, your responsibility will include:

• Oversee all aspects of the country’s business. This involves taking responsibility for budgets, recruiting the best Cupids & Transformers, improving sales to ensure profitability, fully accountable for country P&L and achieving the assigned company’s target.
• Collaborate with the regional marketing team in positioning and building the company’s brand in Indonesia and discover new revenue streams for our business.
• To drive the highest levels of customer satisfaction as well as address any immediate engagement issues.
• Bring out the best of our Cupids and Transformers by providing appropriate coaching, training, mentoring, support and motivation.
• To lead the team to work towards operational excellence and hold everyone accountable for their targets.
• Ensure all business operations of the office to be in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Create & maintain a favorable public image of Lunch Actually by being the primary "promoter" and spokesperson for our brands in Indonesia.
• Keep a close eye on competing markets/market changes in the dating industry/media spaces and forward findings to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience with hands on leadership experience as a General Manager, Country Manager or Branch Manager
• Experience in a start-up or fast-changing environment would be highly advantageous
• Background or relevant work experience in the B2C arena is highly favorable
• A proven track record in generating revenue and building of successful teams
• Strong understanding and experience working in Indonesia required, with the ability to converse in English.
• High energy, integrity and having the ability to identify, solve and learn from problems
• Highly analytical with the ability to read data and make recommendations for future enhancements to our business processes
• High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands, meet deadlines and manage time efficiently
• Willingness to take occasional business trips.
