We are looking for a crucial position of Head of Business Development who is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients, retain existing clients, and drive revenue growth. This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, nurturing client relationships, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging opportunities in digital advertising.

Placement: Jakarta

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Main goals:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with the agencys business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying key markets, and creating a roadmap for achieving revenue goals.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their objectives are aligned with the agencys services.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • tay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to develop strategies that keep the agency at the forefront of the digital advertising landscape.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance, revenue generation, and client retention, taking corrective actions as necessary to meet and exceed targets.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Have 4-5 years of experience handling Sales or BD team.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communication or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital advertising or marketing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising trends, technologies, and platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, etc.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in using analytics to inform sales strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
