As an Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the creative vision of our brand. You will oversee the art and design team, ensuring that all creative outputs align with the brands identity and resonate with our target audience. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and production, to deliver cohesive and innovative design concepts that elevate our brand in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall visual style and brand identity across all platforms.

Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to produce high-quality creative work.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Oversee the design of all visual materials including collections, lookbooks, advertisements, social media content, and more.

Ensure consistency in design and branding across all products and promotional materials.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant innovations into our creative strategy.

Work closely with product development to ensure that the design vision is translated accurately into the final product.

Manage the creative budget and resources effectively.

Review and approve all creative materials before they are finalized.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Art Director, preferably in the fashion industry.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, particularly in fashion.

Expertise in visual design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Strong understanding of fashion trends and the ability to translate them into the brands aesthetic.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity.

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field (preferred).
