Description of the position(s):
Non Conformance Record (NCR) Coordinator / Quality Assurance

v As a Non-Conformance Coordinator, your primary role is to oversee and Co-ordinate Internal and External Non-conformances claims within the Metso Asia Pacific Aftermarket business.(Based in Indonesia) Non-conformances are instances where products do not meet the specified standards, regulations, or quality requirements and require corrective actions to be implemented to prevent a reoccurrance .

You will be required to work with various Metso Technology stakeholders to facilitate various processes that can contribute to the corrective and preventive actions being applied.

vMain Responsibilities

• Accurately documenting and recording details of identified internal and External Non-conformances
• Facilitating the investigation of the root causes of non-conformances and capture causal factors.
• Working with Business Line stakeholders who will develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to address the root causes of non-conformances and prevent their recurrence in the future.
• Ensuring that all non-conformances are managed in compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Preparing reports on non-conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPAs for management and relevant stakeholders. These reports may be used to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintaining open communication with different teams and departments to address non-conformances effectively. This includes coordinating with production teams, quality assurance, supply chain, and senior management.
• Raise awareness and understanding of non-conformance processes and quality standards among employees.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of quality management systems and processes to prevent non-conformances and enhance overall organisational efficiency.
• Collaborating with other stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and compliance throughout the organisation.

• The ability to Manage data and information to identify patterns and trends in non-conformances
• Strong problem solver to assist in navigating through complex issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams, presenting reports to management, and conducting training sessions. You need to articulate ideas clearly and listen actively to ensure smooth communication.
• A strong desire to strive for continuous improvement in the non-conformance management process. Seek feedback, learn from past experiences, and look for ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Strong data analytic skills to assist in generating meaningful reports.
• SAP ERP System experience
• Significant experience in office administration
• Intermediate to Advanced competency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to write routine reports, business correspondence, quotations, tenders and proposals.
