Job Requirements:
1. Experience Required: Minimum 3 years working experience in the telecommunication industry, especially in sales, business development, or account management.
2. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Telecommunication, Business, Marketing, or related field.
3. Language Requirements: Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Strong understanding of the Indonesian telecommunication market landscape, key players, and project cycles.
5. Proven experience in handling large accounts or local telecom operators, including ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Target-oriented with strong commercial awareness and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales goals.
8. Wlling to travel domestically when required for client meetings, project coordination, or promotional activities.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal project and technical teams for bid/tender support and customer engagement.
Job Responsibility:
1. Based in Jakarta, you will be responsible to create, develop, build and maintain a good customer relationship and a good channel with new local telecommunication customers.
2. You will be responsible to market and sale Fiberhome telecommunication products to local telecommunication operators and other customers.
3. Developing new customer, new business opportunities and project.
Maintain a good customer relation with Fiberhome existing customer and account in telecommunication industry.
4. Drives the creation of sales strategy to promote and sale Fiberhome product in Indonesia.
5. Responsible to generate orders and revenue by persuading customer to buy FiberHome products
6. Developing new business opportunity and project from your responsible account.
7. Assist project team for tender and biding with you account connection and relation.
8. To achieve annual sales target assigned to you.
9. To assist market promoting of FiberHome products.
