?Job Role

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer Lead to manage a small but growing team building cybersecurity network applications using GPU-based inference and generative AI models on Nvidia hardware with CUDA. You will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of AI models and applications to detect threats and anomalies in network traffic and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Lead a team of 2 AI/ML engineers, with potential to grow team.
• Manage Cybersecurity Analyst
• Develop high-level design (HLD) documents and low-level design (LLD) documents for AI systems.
• Plan sprints and milestones using Agile development methodologies.
• Architect AI model pipelines and infrastructure on Nvidia GPUs leveraging CUDA and libraries like CuDNN, TensorRT, Neuron, etc.
• Implement generative AI techniques like GANs, VAEs, diffusion models etc. for augmenting cyber threat detection datasets.
• Drive model optimization and performance benchmarking for real-time and low latency inference.
• Establish best practices for versioning, monitoring, explainability and maintainability of AI models.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with security analysts, IT, and leadership on AI strategy.
• Secure AI models to prevent AI poisoning and other TTPs used by attackers.

⛩️ Requirements

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• MS or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Physics or related technical field.
• 5+ years experience leading small AI/ML engineering teams, ideally in cybersecurity.
• Expertise developing GPU-accelerated models and applications with CUDA and Python.
• Experience with common DL frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
• Knowledge of AI explainability, adversarial ML, bias/fairness, and related topics.
• Ability to identify and prototype new and emerging ML techniques.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.

PREFERRED

• Previous work developing GANs or other generative models.
• Experience with cyber threat intelligence and security data science.
• Knowledge of networking protocols and systems relevant to cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for high performance computing.
• Experience using Conda for Linux
• Elasticsearch experience
• Grafana experience
