About the role

PT Sriwijaya Bara Priharum is seeking a talented and experienced Manager Accounting & Tax to join our team on a contract basis. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and tax functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

1. Responsible for monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards)
2. Coordinate with External Auditors to prepare data required for the Audit report
3. Prepare RKAB reports (Work Plan and Budget)
4. Responsible for monthly tax reports (PPh 15, PPh 22, 23, 25, VAT, PPh 4 Article 2) and reporting to the Tax Office (DJP)
5. Review PPh 21 and Annual Tax Return (SPT) from the Payroll Specialist
6. Ensure all affiliated company transactions are accurately recorded
7. Prepare calculations and working papers for the company's annual tax return and calculate Corporate Income Tax
8. Prepare the Owner's Annual Tax Return (SPT)
9. Review Royalty Calculations (Provisional and Final) for each sales transaction
10. Responsible for tax audits

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax, with a relevant professional certification A/B
2. At least 2 years of progressive experience in accounting and Tax Manager
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insight.
4. Thorough understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
5. Have a good leadership and good communication skills
