Responsibilities:
Managing the overall facility operational duties and maintenance works.
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Overseeing and agreeing building and facilities contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on.• Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security assigned to the facility.• Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and cooling systems, are well-maintained.• Managing facility budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness in running the facility.• Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.• May be required to oversee building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:• A degree in the related job field.• At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.• Willing to relocate to the job location.
