Deskripsi Pekerjaan- Develop the robust planning to conduct the STO and PSSR, including walkthrough, punch recording, punch closing monitoring together with EPC Contractor team.
- Develop the effective monitoring dashboard & progress report for commissioning & startup activities with Owner commissioning & startup team.
- Review and check the system/sub-system breakdown provided by EPC Contractor, ensuring alignment with P&IDs, electrical single line diagrams, or other related documents.
- Evaluate and review the EPC Contractor's Mechanical Completion (MC) and Commissioning Execution Plan, including required documentation, checklists, punch list formats, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure complete handover of the plant to the operations and maintenance teams, including walkthrough, punch recording, punch closing monitoring, all necessary documentation, training, and support.
- Lead and coordinate MC walkthrough with EPC Contractor, vendors, and operation team, ensuring all punch items are recorded with category (A/B/C) and completion target dates.
- Ensure complete PSSR according to relevant safety regulations and procedures, including walkthrough, punch recording, punch closing monitoring, all necessary documentation, training, and support.
- Lead and coordinate PSSR walkthrough with EPC Contractor, vendors, safety team and operation team, ensuring all punch items are recorded with category (A/B/C) and completion target dates.
- Monitoring and report the progress of commissioning & startup activities in daily basis, including any problems/concerns arise
- Maintain accurate records of all STO, PSSR, and commissioning activities.
- Identify and resolve any issues during STO and PSSR, working with the relevant teams to find solutions and improve the process continuously.
- Provide training to the STO & PSSR team (both Owner and EPC Contractor team) ensuring they are fully understand the STO & PSSR procedure.
Persyaratan Khusus- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical/ industrial/ mechanical/ electrical/ instrument engineering, or a related field).
- Minimum 7 years significant experience in system turnover, PSSR, commissioning and start-up of industrial plants, preferably in the chemical or petrochemical industry.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects.
- Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
