Responsibilities:

• Conducting test on incoming raw material to make sure it meets the standard requirement
• Conducting instrument calibration such as pH meter, moisture balance, refractometer and spectrophotometer
• Maintaining good communication between Quality Control Analyst and Production Staffs regarding the result of instrument calibration
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor

Job Qualification :

• Minimum bachelor's degree in biology or chemistry
• Minimum 5 years working experience in food industry
• Possess knowledge related to chemical analysis and microbiological testing methods
• Possess knowledge related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian
• Possess good leadership skill
